By accessing or using Fynance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Fynance is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to manage income, expenses, accounts, and budgets. The service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Basic, and Pro tiers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Your financial data is stored securely in the cloud. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the App, or using it for illegal activities.
Fynance is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on information in the App. The App is a tracking tool, not financial advice.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal or financial data with third parties. The only exception is Paddle (our payment processor) which receives payment information to process subscriptions.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
The web version of Fynance uses minimal cookies for authentication purposes only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Fynance is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

Fynance offers a free tier with no payment required. We encourage all users to try the free version before subscribing to a paid plan.
Since Fynance offers a free tier to evaluate the service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, we will consider refunds in the following cases:
To request a refund, contact us through the in-app feedback feature within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email and the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.
